So what do you recommend I do? Upping the spring rate at the rear would be a start I know, but the other issues would require other solutions.
Note: I have tried varying tyre pressures with no real change in the feel.
Ideas?

This trike was at the Dannevirke swap meet / wheels show today.
It would have to be the best engineered trike I have seen. Welding and paintwork is exceptional. Running a Chevrolet V8 the cooling system operates through a rear radiator with the tubular frame transporting the coolant to the engine block.

Sorry I don't have full specs or name of owner / builder. This is an exceptional piece of engineering.
