Suspension tip please?

Hi guys. Well I'm finally settled in on the Daytona. Need some help setting up the suspension though. It has a slight "wallowing" feeling to the rear end and the front end is very hard and initial turn in going into a corner is slow, then the bike almost falls into it at the last second. Now this could be because I need to change my style, but it could also be because I'm 107kg's and the last owner was around 80-90. lol.
So what do you recommend I do? Upping the spring rate at the rear would be a start I know, but the other issues would require other solutions.
Note: I have tried varying tyre pressures with no real change in the feel.
Ideas?
D.

Welding and paintwork is exceptional. Running a Chevrolet V8 the cooling system operates through a rear radiator with the tubular frame transporting the coolant to the engine block.

Sorry I don't have full specs or name of owner / builder. This is an exceptional piece of engineering. The only negatives would have to be the seat design and width.
