this is same day as the Ride for Hope in wellington .. 86 & I did this last yr .. its a remembrance ride for those who have committed suicide.

This is a fundraiser to those working with at risk youth in the kapiti/wellington area ..

was a brilliant ride last yr

Leaves from Frank kitts park in welly .. short stop in porirua & makes their way to Otaihanga Park (just north of Paraparaumu)

Hopefully see you there KittyKat. I take it that it is a wrapped present with age/gender written on it?

I will find out more this evening. Unfortunately I have prearranged appointment with a fat man in a red suit on Saturday. Too much to do.

The toys are distributed by Barnados. Any type, age, whatever you can afford - eg. colouring books, soft toys, model motorbikes.
Santa will be there.

It doesn't matter but unwrapped is easier for them to allocate. You might be scarier unwrapped but could be interesting, trim that fur. yu.gif blush2.gif

Sweet-the kids and I will go toy shopping this week then.

Ummm-probably not a good idea talking about trimming fur on here...there are all sorts of odd bods out there and they may not understand your Kittykat jokes...Meow..from one KittyKat to another.
As for presenting myself as a present blush2.gif ...I have done that for quite a few years...don't think I could find my bow!! tongue.gif

12:00pm is advertised meet time in Feilding but the ride won't be leaving until 1:00pm

I have permission to escape from 'the other realm' for a while so can do part of the ride. BP Rangitikei sounds good, I am trying to think of a good cafe or two.

It gives me a chance to check out the spare parts and I'll give my toy to someone else to take.
