Cowboyz Four Points video inspired me to upload one of mine from the '07 Southern Cross. Actually made the slideshow soon after the ride but never thought of uploading it...had to modify it a bit for Youtube but here it is:

You're a stickler for punishment. How many hours riding is that on the seat over the few days? Calloses, rashes, and very tired arms I would expect.

Seriously, it's a great event (my 3rd one) and is a lot of fun. A lot easier than the Grand Challenge (funny that) and you get to plan your own routes etc only having to be at the check points on time.
If it's not for you, you could always come to the Club night: 28/3, Eagle Tavern, Bluff...

"For us, it is unique," he said.
A 14-year-old boy told police last September he had been robbed of euro165 ($230) and his cell phone after two men dragged him off his bicycle in Groningen,110 miles northeast of the capital, Amsterdam.
