It's a nice day today in the Manawatu - a particularly good day if you were riding over from points afar to pick up a new motorbike. I look forward to more reports from the lucky purchaser and any eyewitnesses who may be in attendance!

Actually it's a really nice day out there today. All you people not working can go bugger off with your smug non-workness!
Non-workness sounds like me. I just got home from a ride actually and it's awesome out there. You don't know what you're missing! 
Met the man himself at AFC Just got back from Vinegar Hill and Halcombe. Had the pleasure of a small sample, amazing machine, what a rush once the revs build up!!!

I went out to see what helmets were about(you had me hooked on the Nolan flip top),saw one spent 5-10 minutes looking enviously at it,and others,also quite liked the jeans on display,possible to maybe spend $600-$800 or so,but no fucken service,or how do you buy a harley/triumph if nobody serves the customer.Total change when I did buy jacket,etc and happily spent up large first time in,and can't believe the lax attitude of the service.
Maybe a course in customer service is needed,makes ya wonder how bike places go tits up,and some don't.The ones with friggen great service have liquadation sales and close,the ones with shit service power on.Irish logic there maybe.
