So after sitting on one at Boyd Motorcycles i was slightly interested...
Could be a nice bike to upgrade to? Peter doesn't want me to upgrade by the sounds of it :P he's scared i'll be representing Suzuki and be cooler than him.
Felt alot nicer than a CBR600RR, and i suspect would do a nicer job of long distance traveling (e.g. Palmerston - Hamilton - Palmerston). Any of you lot ridden one? Could give me an insight as to what its really like. Greg told me once i get my full to come back and take it for a spin, which is good to hear, might make a decision on a bike after taking a few for a ride.
Aparently it weighs 216kg DRY...thats friggin heavy for a 650cc??? Supposedly 85HP, nice step from either my Hyobag, or the CBR...How long until the 85HP will feel like no power?

So what do you think of looks?

looks alright eh?

about 9-12 months before 85hp will feel inadequate :)

Took me about 18 months before my 120 felt lacking .. but then I did have Mrs TA on the back, and was chasing warr

i guess it was just a weekend fling, its starting to look weird now...And that HP thing could become an issue because its gotta last me a while. Could take that and a GSX-R for a ride, see the difference
MrsTA
just what r u suggesting  :o  ???
EMFORAL
Im suggesting that it might not be as good as i thought it was :P
Technical Specs don't sound too great, and doesn't look as good as i thought it did :P

yea Paul - just what were you suggesting. Mrs TA is welcome on the back of the bandit anyday - but I'd probably ride too slow for her and she'd get bored - I don't get along as quick as you two do two up

Take a bit more than a bike to do that young man, years of abuse and hardened spills have gone into the making of my mojo
