The ducati is too low on power, and service costs are way too high

I like the sprints dance4.gif

Well it would seem that it's unanimous (all 3 votes, lol) and after riding both bikes again I tend to agree. By this weekend I shall be the proud owner of a Triumph Sprint RS. smile.gif

I look FWD to seeing how this pans out, having just bought a Trumpy. The forum may need to be renamed "McRATs" laugh.gif

To be honest though, and having been a Ducati SuperSport owner in the past, the 900ss has more cred if you ask me, chicks will like it more, and it will sound better. Dont listen to that crazy TA about servicing costs, its all a conspiracy to keep people off Red (and Grey with Red rims) bikes.

Yeah she's been looked after. The guy who owns it is meticulous with his bikes. I couldn't even find excess grease from the chain. lol.

I nearly bought one in the uk, it was a damaged repairable, just had
minor body and footrest damage.
I found out that used parts are from breakers and ebay are none existant for the RS model
and nothing is interchangable with the ST so i didnt bother.
The Triumph 955i triple is a great engine, you've got to get a race pipe for it
they sound awesome.
just dont crash it.

this was my daytona

Nice bike. smile.gif The scorpion muffler on it is plenty loud for me. Don't want it too droney when I'm touring. Love the sound of the triple though. tongue.gif
I'll try not to crash it lol....first purchase is going to be a set of frame sliders I think.
